We are huge fans of tacos, fajitas and pretty much anything with Mexican flavors! And of course we love simple, quick and easy meals. 100 g Very cold butter
100 g Grated parmesan
150 + 20 g Flour

Preheat the oven
(180 ° C). Let the butter soften at room temperature
Mix all ingredients until a smooth paste is obtained. If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour, if it is too friable, add 1 tbsp. of water
On a floured work surface, spread the dough about 5 mm thick. Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter and place them gently on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for about 10 minutes, watching until the shortbread is just golden brown; at the exit of the oven, they must be still a little soft. Let them harden and cool on a rack before serving.
